Service record of Mr. Maixent Raoul Ominga

Appointed on February 28 at the head of the SNPC by the Government of the Republic, Maixent Raoul Ominga totals 17 years at the SNPC. Since 2014, he is CEMAC Chartered Accountant n ° 500. After his baccalaureate in the BG ECONOMIE series at the “Lycée Technique du 1er Mai” in Brazzaville, his university studies lead him to Montpellier in France. After many internships in accounting and finance firms in France, he returned to the Congo and joined the SNPC in February 2001. It is in this national company, a real lever of the Congolese economy, that he grew from the rank of assistant head of finance and accounting department to head of general accounting department through the position of director of oil and analytical accounting and acting director of state accounting; Head of Accounting and Mandate Division; Deputy Chief Financial and Accounting Officer and Chief Executive Officer since February 28, 2018.

Born on June 7, 1970 in Kali-Otoko in Cuvette Central, Maixent Raoul Ominga is also a man known for his humanism as he does not hesitate to give his time and energy to help others. He is the promoter of the centre of supervision of the young girl-mothers of Oyo; Founding President of the AS-OTOHÔ Football Club; Member of Parliament of the second district of Oyo in the department of Cuvette Central.
